This role builds awareness and partnerships with hospitals, community organizations, and referral sources.Â

Represent Grace Harbour Home Health at community events

Coordinate outreach materials and presentationsÂ
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ

Experience in community engagement or partnershipsÂ

Strong communication and relationship-building skillsÂ
