Community Outreach & Partnerships Coordinator

Location: Remote / Hybrid (Nova Scotia-based preferred)
Employment Type: Part-time | Casual 

About the Role 

This role builds awareness and partnerships with hospitals, community organizations, and referral sources. 

  • Develop relationships with hospitals and community partners  

  • Support referral processes 

  • Represent Grace Harbour Home Health at community events

  • Coordinate outreach materials and presentations 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Experience in community engagement or partnerships 

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills 

  • Knowledge of Nova Scotia’s health and community landscape (asset)
