Clinical Advisor (Consultant – Non-Operational Role)

About the Role 

The Clinical Advisor provides guidance and oversight to ensure safe, ethical, and compliant non-medical care practices. 

​

  • Review care protocols and policies 

  • Provide training guidance (non-clinical) 

  • Advise on escalation and safety procedures 

Key Responsibilities 

​

  • Licensed healthcare professional (RN, LPN, or equivalent) 

  • Experience in community or home care 

  • Strong understanding of scope-of-practice boundaries
